野中 洋

略歴
学生時代は、浜地格教授(現:京大院工教授)・王子田彰夫グループリーダー(現:九大院薬教授)指導のもと、九州大学と京都大学にて研究を行なった。修士課程では、金属亜鉛錯体を用いた生体内リン酸アニオン種に対する蛍光プローブの開発を行なった。博士課程では、ペプチドタグ-小分子プローブペアを用いたタンパク質化学標識法の開発を行った。その後、九州大学稲盛フロンティア研究センターの山東研究室の特任助教として、生物個体への応用を指向し核磁気共鳴法を用いる分子プローブの研究を開始した。2015年8月より東京大学の山東研究室に参画し、個体応用を指向した分子化学研究を行なっている。

好きな分子:Fura-2 (小分子プローブの持つ可能性を感じさせてくれた分子) 。一度でいいからやってみたい:スモールライトで分子サイズに小さくなって、どういう風にタンパク質や分子が機能しているのか見てみたい。
