General purpose nonlinear structural analysis codes「FINAS」, 「FINAS-STAR」, 「FINAS/CFD」
FINAS(FINITE ELEMENT NONLINEAR STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM) is a large-scale non linear structural analysis system which has been developed by Japan Atomic Energy Agency since 1976. It is an important tool for the structural design of the Fast Reactor as well as the safe evaluation. Finas can provide linear and non linear simulations and the main purpose is the structural analysis. Finas also include static stress analysis, dynamic analysis, heat conduction analysis for many sorts of materials with inelastic behavior which is a common characteristic for Fast Reactors materials. This software can be useful for general industry, engineering industry and also research
General purpose pre and post processor for finite element method calculation「Femap」
Femap is a sofware for post processing of FEM results that run on windows.Equipped with CAD interface, result output data files from many FEA solvers can be treated on Femap.
