Laboratory of OSG Veterinary Science for Global Disease Management

The Laboratory of OSG Veterinary Science for Global Disease Management was established in November 2021 with a donation from OSG Corporation Co., Ltd..

With a view to international collaboration and contribution with Asian countries, we are working on the following objectives:

• Development of academic research on the prevention of infectious diseases in animals,
• Human resource development through the improvement of the quality of veterinary education and
• Promotion of livestock industry.

In cooperation with the Laboratory of Infection Control and Disease Prevention and the Laboratory of Farm Animal Medicine in the same department, we will work on the prevention of various animal infectious diseases and the development of veterinary education in Asian countries.
