Just to let you know the details on thesis title submission.

Period for submission: Monday, May 25 – Friday, May 29, 2020 at 16:30

Would you please submit the form by Thursday May 28? This allows me to check whether your submission went through with Inuzuka-san on the 29th.

When you submit your Graduation Thesis Title Notification Sheet, please follow the procedures below:

1. Read the instruction and obtain a certain form, namely Graduation Thesis Title Notification Sheet from the University website.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Write to director[at]jea.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp and obtain the Director’s approval via email. Please make sure to attach your Graduation Thesis Title Notification Sheet to the email.
4. After receiving the approval email from the director, make a PDF or photo image file thereof.
5. Compress your Graduation Thesis Title Notification Sheet and the Director’s approval email as PDF or photo image in a zip file.
6. Upload the zip file here.
