Access

In order to get to the hotel from the Narita Airport, the access map page of the hotel recommends the following route:

1. Take Airport Limousine Bus from the Narita airport to Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel.
2. Take a taxi from Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel to your hotel, TOKYU STAY SHIBUYA.

The fare for the Airport Limousine Bus is 3,000 yen and it takes approximately 85 minutes from Narita Airport to the “Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel”.

It is also possible to take trains from the Narita Airport, but it is more complicated.

Payment of your room charge at Tokyu Stay

If you are staying at a single room at Tokyu Stay, your room charge will be paid directly by the University of Tokyo. You will be required to pay extra charge by yourself. In case you have accompanying members, it is recommended that you pay your room charge by credit card. If you have a question about our support for your room charge, please contact the local organizer Toshitake Kohno.

Breakfast

If you are staying at Tokyu Stay, breakfast is included in the room charge.

The ethernet connection without extra charge is available in you room at Tokyu Stay.
