<主題と目標>
橋渡し研究に必要なレギュレーション等の基礎知識、橋渡し研究の実際：
先端研究を基にした、あるいは従来の手法とは異なるアプローチに基づく医療開発推進は急務となっている。このような医療開発を担うためには研究に精通しているだけではなく、新たな治療法を人で試みる臨床試験の知識及び臨床試験を実施するための法や規則等の知識も必要である。本講義では最新の知見を交え必要とされる知識を学ぶとともに、橋渡し研究の実際などについても紹介する。
It is an urgent matter to develop and promote new medical treatments based on the results of advanced biological researches. For the people who are involved in this field, it is necessary to have knowledge about clinical trial in human, its regulation, bioethics and business matters in addition to thorough understanding of basic researches. In this course, basic knowledge necessary for translational researches is lectured with updated new findings and exsamples.
