P. K. Hashim
Dr. P. K Hashim was born in Kozhikode, Kerala, India in 1986. He received his M.Sc Degree in Organic Chemistry (2008) from Aligarh Muslim University, Utter Pradesh, India and worked as lecturer in Chemistry for one year in higher secondary level, Kerala, India. In 2012 he completed his Ph. D from Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan under the guidance of Prof. Nobuyuki Tamaoki with thesis entitled “Induction of molecular chirality by Polarized or non-polarized light in azobenzene derivatives”. Currently he is a Post-doctoral researcher at the University of Tokyo, Japan in the group of Prof. Takuzo Aida. His present research interest is to develop carriers of siRNA for the efficient drug delivery system using synthetic supramolecular approach.
