NANO-SATELLITE "HODOYOSHI-1" HAS BEEN COMPLETED ：
Professor Shinichi Nakasuka, Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics

　Shinichi Nakasuka, professor in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo has been leading development of Nano-satellite "Hodoyoshi-1" under the Japanese government funded project, "New Paradigm of Space Development and Utilization by Nano-satellite" and has completed a flight model of the satellite in cooperation with Next-generation Space Systems Technology Research Association (President: Koji Yamaguchi).As announced on May 16, 2012, the satellite will be launched within 2012.
