From Narita Airport, there are three way to visit Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Tokyo.

1. by Narita Express (JR)
Take a Narita Express to Shibuya Station or Shinagawa Station or Tokyo
Station. The most convenient station is Shibuya Station. But some Narita
Expresses do not stop at Shibuya Station. If you get off at Shinagawa
Station or Tokyo Station, change to Yamanote Line bound for Shinagawa
and Shibuya, which is called Outer Tracks. Yamanote Line is a belt line.
Get off at Shibuya Station. At Shibuya Station, transfer to Inokashira
Line of KEIO Corporation and get off at Komaba-Todaimae, which is the
second stop from Shibuya Station.
Fare: about 3000(Narita Express and Yamanote Line) + 120(Inokashira
Line) = about 3120. It depends on where you get off Narita Express.
Time: 1h30m

2. KEISEI Line
Take a Narita skyliner to Nippori Station. At Nippori
Station, transfer to JR Yamanote Line bound for Ikebukuro and Shinjuku,
which is called Inner Tracks. Yamanote Line is a belt line. Pass through
Ikebukuro and Shinjuku, and get off at Shibuya Station. At Shibuya
Station, transfer to Inokashira Line of KEIO Corporation and get off at
Komaba-Todaimae, which is the second stop from Shibuya Station.
Fare: 1920(Narita Skyliner) + 190(Yamanote Line) + 120(Inokashira Line) = 2230
Time: about 1h40m

3. By BUS
Limousine Buses run from Narita Airport to Shibuya Station. At Shibuya
Station, take Inokashira Line of KEIO Corporation and get off at
Komaba-Todaimae, which is the second stop from Shibuya Station.
Fare: 3000(Bus) + 120(Inokashira Line) = 3120
Time: 1h40m(minimal)
On Frieday afternoon and on Satuday it usually takes another hour.
On Sunday it goes fairy well.
Taking taxi from Shibuya is really practical,
especially for those who arrive at Shibuya by bus.
Ask anybody where to take taxi. It must be very close to you.
Taxi from Shibuya Station to Komaba area (University or Komaba-Eminence)
it takes less than 10minutes and usually costs around \600-800.
