Reception: A reception desk will open at the entrance of the lecture hall
from Sunday evening through Wednesday morning.
Lunch: 12:15 - 13:15 from Monday through Friday (JPY2,000 per day per
person)
Welcome Party: 18:30 - 20:30 Monday 28 June (JPY4,000 per person)
In the evening of Tuesday we have sessions for short communications.
Apply for a slot in the sessions on the registration form.
Sight seeing: In the afternoon of Wednesday 30 June, we organize a trip to Kyoto.
A sightseeing bus will leave the hotel for Kyoto at 13:30. In Kyoto
we visit places of historic interest and enjoy shopping in the downtown
of Kyoto together with traditional Japanese dinner. We arrive in the hotel
around 22:00. The fee will depend on the number of participants. However,
at a rough estimate, it will be JPY6,000. Sign up for the tour on the registration
form .
Banquet: 18:30 - 20:30 Thursday 1 July (JPY6,500 per person)
Participants in these events are requested to pay the total cost of Lunch,
Welcome Party, Sightseeing and Banquet at the reception desk.
