Dr. Yohei Kondo is Project Assistant Professor of Sultan Qaboos Chair in Middle Eastern Studies, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Tokyo. He received a PhD degree in Islamic Studies from The University of Tokyo in 2013.
His current research interests are on the history and thought of Ibāḍism. He worked for the Embassy of Japan in the Sultanate of Oman as Researcher in 2008-2010.
