OlMA1-GFP
Characteristics:
Very strong fluorescent of GFP in skeletal muscle. The vivid green can be seen by eye (without fluorescent microscope) on the adult fish and embryo. By using fluorescent microscope, green fluorescent can be seen on early developmental stages.
