Development of Antibody Nanosensor
I am aiming at a novel immunoassay utilizing the antigen-dependent stability change of antibody variable region. Through the noncompetitive detection of low molecular weight antigens of less than 1000 in MW, more rapid and sensitive environment-monitoring devices as well as those for clinical diagnostic will be realized. The objects include (1) development of the selection method of high-affinity antibodies suitable for the assay, (2) development of the methods to obtain suitable antibody fragments utilizing monoclonal Ab resources, and (3) application of the assay to nano-size detection devices.
