Hyper-functional nanobio-interfaces
To make design of novel biomaterials with supermolecule biointerface
will be carried out, attention will be paid for regulation of biomolecule
behavior with molecular assembly. The biointerface can improve selectivity
/ peculiarity / speed / efficiency drastically of biomedical devices. Furthermore,
base on the biointerface preparation, it can realize a nanomachine having
a highly advanced function as DNA as an information molecule and as enzyme
as a recognition / a reaction molecule. The preparation of artificial cell
membrane structure on the substrate will be done using phospholipid polymers
and immobilized biomolecules. It will be revealed the relationship between
structure of water molecules and activity of biomolecules immobilized on
the surface. |
