Development of Bioinspired Nanomachines
(1) Application of engineered biological molecular machines such as molecular
chaperons for materials science and nanomedicine.
(2) Development of synthetic molecular machineries driven by chemical or
physical stimuli, and their applications to nanobiotechnology.
(3) Fabrication and manipulation of supramolecular tubular nanoassemblies
composed of large π-conjugated organic materials as scaffolds for functional
nanomaterials.
